Loved the original Delia Gonzalez & Gavin Russom release but wow, is the Carl Craig mix nice. Keeps a lengthy intro, true to the original synth production. Then the bass drum drops in with the Craig techno beat, then changes up to a jazzy piano for the outro. Perfect track composition and production.

I agree with the review already posted, I too bought this release for the Carl Craig mix which is excellent but the Baby Ford mix is a dubby brooding piece of minimal magic. It doesn't do an awful lot over the course of its ten minutes but listen to it on a good system / headphones and you can't help but be sucked in. One for the early hours.

A lot of people probably bought this for Carl's mix like I did, but it turns out that Baby Ford's remix is a sneaky killer. The BF remix is the essence of minimal. The listener is treated to a mega rumbling bassline, some percussion klikkety-klacking in the mid range, some efx sprinkles on top and that's about it. At some points there appears to be the ghost of kick drum but just when you think you've got a bead on it, it fades back into obscurity in similar manner that the kick does on the Gas "Nah Und Fern" tracks. Ominous brooding minimal mayhem. On a proper system this track would destroy the speakers and also the insides of the people standing nearby.
