This early release contains a slightly extended version of the common single / album mix. It runs about 8 seconds longer, with an extra section just before the entry of the lead vocal at 0.40. At that point on the promo you hear Tim Burgess inhaling loudly, like he's taking a drag on a cigarette of some description, and there are another couple of bars before his vocal starts at 0.48. That section seems to have been edited out of all subsequent releases of the track.
