...I just don't understand why labels like Superior Viaduct reissue albums like this on both LP and CD, but only include new liner notes in the CD version. I feel like the vinyl buyer, who is paying more for a premium product, gets less. It's very disappointing.I suppose an argument can be made that the LP edition is supposed to be a reproduction of the original release, but geeze, it doesn't spoil the illusion to include an insert with the notes. If people want an authentic reproduction, they can throw the notes away.
