Please note and beaware that the "Stereo" version of this album SSL 10175 only has 4 tracks in stereo all the others naturally including A Lover's Concerto and This Night are sadly 100% mono and a total waste. The alligation is that the 3 track stereo master tape was lifted/stolen from Dynovoice's reception thus ALC can never be mixed (officially) to Stereo. One of the great 60's stereo losses along with She Love's You and the "strings" mix of The Young Ones!!!! When asking EMI about this con and clear rip off, the legality of stating that an album was stereo, was was absolutley fine in 1964 even if only 1 track is stereo EMI were legally able (to con the public out of extra money) to list the album as being stereo! Why not just be 100% honest and state on the Sleeve "Part-Stereo" and state what tracks are and what tracks are not. Not lie and imply! EMI ripping the public off since 1964. The disappointment over ALC must have been total when being charged extra for a stereo album (even more now in the collectors market!
