Based on Calle's exhibition "Absent" at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) between March, 27 & September, 29, 1994; which consisted of the artist's personal possessions, supplemented by autobiographical notes. The recorded guided tour offered thoughts by the artist accompanied by music by Laurie Anderson. The companion disc re-enacts the tour in the artist's voice.
