Citris is very original and is definitely outside the box. You have to eat lots of psychedelics to make a song like this and you have to eat a lot of psychedelics to fully enjoy it.

A hectic, frenetically fast ep that isn't Tristan's best; that accolade belongs to "Space Sage" on the fabulous "Inside Out" ep. Nevertheless, both the breaky "Sensory Deception" which is well-structured and intriguing and the more acidic "Citris" constitute an attempt to fuse breaks with acid under the overarching banner of Goa trance and are therefore of significance as genre-breaking experiments. "All Boundaries are Illusion" indeed! I like both tracks more than Tristan's later stuff. Make that a lot more. ~*~
