tip: AA1 ("Space Ridims") is still available for a reasonable price on shinedoe's fuse sampler 2.

Space Ridims (AA1) samples Spasticus Autisticus...IMO a textbook use of a sample: suggestive but not overly derivative, in typical Prescription style. Anyway this record is four tracks of musical genius. Gonna agree with every word of ultrasound's nice review below that the A1 is the definitive track here, maybe a tie with Space Ridims. Nice remixes of Last Session and Nagual but the title track has that something special.

Simply one of the best, if not THE best Ron & Chez production...

The title cut, is The One, here I feel. It's about 10 minutes of one groove, adorned with several jack-making hooks, including an indecipherable but cool vocal loop. It's got a faux epic feel too, with several thunderclaps and what sounds like Le Mistral thrown in for good measure. It's exquisitely incoherent but it's simplicity despite that, can make even the least skilled of DJs (like this one) sound like a god on the decks. Lucky is the head able to catch this one on the rebound, like me. I suggest you grab, because it seems there's little guarantee you'll ever see a spare copy of the original.
