It's possibly a regional restriction thing, either that or it's missing. If it's any consolation the WAV download is not of this mastering but instead appears to be an 11 track version of the not so good 2014 CD remaster.

Wonderful pressing, sounds phenomenal. Excellent presentation throughout, soft polylined paper sleeves are a testament to the time taken to do this reissue correctly.
