Comes packaged in jewelcase, with the following "props":
• The 1928 work order from the Metropolitan District Water Supply Commission, authorizing the construction of the Mattapan Reservoir that will drown the site.
• An 1882 letter from Professor Charles Lamb to the Chairman of the Geology Department , on vintage Miskatonic University letterhead, explaining the difficulty of investigating the Gardner meteorite.
• A clipping dated 25 June 1882 from the special Sunday Pictorial section of the Boston Daily Advertiser, with a photograph of the Gardners standing next to the meteorite impact crater.
• The last will and testament of Nahum Gardner
