The influence remix is how hardcore should have sounded in 1997. Shame it was only a handful of tunes that included breaks and big pads by this point. I still feel robbed by the sound splitting in 94

Slipmatt's review of side A in Muzik magazine:"An amazing breakbeat start with excellent filters and programming. Gated sirens appear with plenty of chopped up beats, and the tune comes to life with the dynamic b-line. The first lead stabs eases its way in and fades once joined by the piano and lead vocal. The breakdown builds with tension and then the drums cash in. An excellent arrangement from beginning to end and one for the more serious raver. 9/10".
