Vince Lawrence produced this album for Marshall, who states that he thinks Vince was trying to ruin his confidence. Vince micro-managed every tiny detail in the studio and got Marshall to remove all the piano parts from the album. Marshall nearly quit the industry as his confidence was quashed, but he regained it at the Music Box, seeing the crowd go wild to 4 of the tracks off the album. Vince Lawrence then released the "Virgo Trax Again" release, that had zero input from Marshall Jefferson.
