What a beautiful song. Should have been a hit. Amazed at the insane prices collectors will pay for this little gem. Living in the Detroit suburbs, we drove down and went looking for 7018 W. Warren a few weeks ago. It's just another empty lot in what was once a bustling business district. Sad.
