While they may refer to the 1990 re-issue, one is a Record Club Version (5300490) so the cover is different. The second (4994738) is NOT a club version and the face of the CD varies from the third, in addition to having different manufacturing codes. The third (434197) is also NOT a club version and the face of this CD varies from the second, in addition to having different manufacturing codes. These are all things that some collectors make note of. In essence they are all different version of the same re-issue. I hope that answered your question.
