Issued in various colours with the same sleeve design. By the "May 1977" date on the back of one of the submitted scans, this one is the first, issued in March 1977. While this is on the gold 'herald' label, later pressings may be on the blue 'herald' label. "R-03039" on labels, "R. 03039" on sleeve.
