I was working at a distro in the late 90’s when this record came out, handling French imports. I wondered the same thing, and thought to ask my contact on the French side. He paused, And consorted with his associates, followed by a brief pause, and then a spurt of quite French laughter, He then came back to the line and replied in broken english “I think..., maybe,...this is a joke”. Oddly enough, “burning” and “6 million...” came out in the following years, so maybe Mr. Braddock will surprise us yet.
