The cover is a b/w photocopy of the original artwork, folded and glued together to have a double-sided picture.The front additionally shows a hand-written "SM" in a box.
On the back a little white field is left free for a hand-written "test pressing".
The translucent plastic inside the cassette is painted white, "SM" hand-painted on both sides of the cassette in the same white colour.
