First pressing of 1000 hand-numbered copies on translucent maroon/purple smokey swirls vinyl .

The sides are mislabeled. The label on the A side says that "Saint Vitus" plays on "this side" while "Born Too Late" plays on "that side" but the opposite is true. The label also says that the record plays at 45 rpm but it actually plays at 33 1/3 rpm.

The copyrights on the record say 2010 but the record was delayed for release until 2011.
