Copy I have that I purchased in 1975 has the Disjuncta labels (no mention of URUS) on the vinyl, but the URUS name on the spine and bottom left of back cover. It's kinda a hybrid Disjuncta vinyl with URUS cover.

On the Spotify release of this album, there appears to be a sort of 'whooshing' noise every 5/6 seconds on a good few of the tracks. It sounds like a needle-drop with a surface blemish on the disc - that said, the intervals are too irregular to have come from vinyl playing at 33 1/3... thoughts?

from my article "From the land of Schizo and beyond..." in Audion 23 (Nov.1992)Whilst recording the third Heldon album, a double (a kind of dedication to Soft Machine's momentous THIRD, which was also a double LP) HELDON THIRD: IT'S ALWAYS ROCK 'N' ROLL, Pinhas also worked simultaneously with Gilbert Artman's pioneering band Lard Free, appearing on their second album I'M AROUND ABOUT MIDNIGHT, which was very Heldon-styled electronic rock. HELDON THIRD itself was yet another landmark step in Pinhas' unique musical evolution; it also gave an insight into his sense of humour with tongue-in-cheek titles like Cocaine Blues and Ocean Boogie. It's a constantly surprising album, not least the two side-long tracks Aurore and Doctor Bloodmoney, and let's not forget the storming brain-blaster Zind Destruction. Remarkable indeed!Although not featured on HELDON THIRD Alain Renaud was a member of Heldon at this time, in fact some concerts were just by the duo of Pinhas and Renaud (witness the bootleg LP release THE ELECTRONIC GUERILLAS recorded live in Paris 26/5/75). As such, Heldon was still not a proper band!

A friend lent me this around 1978. I taped it onto cassette - I wasn't paying attention and recorded it at 45rpm. Still sounded great through. It wasn't til much later I realised my mistake. The music kind of works slow or fast though. Great album

I would rate this Lp as one of the 20 best electronic records of the 70's.Easily the strongest Heldon release withthe standout track being Psilocybin for me. Absolutely essential listening for anyone who appreciates super heavy mind bending electronic music.
