My copy came with a (sealed) sanitary towel with the MB glyph in red marker ,Not sure if all copies have this ?,

Both copies I've seen in person, as well as the ones currently for sale, include both the numbered booklet and label advertisement, but only a couple have the stamped insert. Since it's unlikely most people would've kept the other two and gotten rid of the stamped insert, I assume it only came with certain copies.

I am the person who disassembled a large book of text and images of very fascinating "industrial" images and landscapes (machinery, factories, industrial work environments, etc.) that these stamped inserts (each unique page from the book, stamped with the words "Industrial Murder") came from. If I remember correctly, most copies of the LP included an insert. So, some copies came with this insert, others did not. I can not remember how many of these inserts were made, but I can let you know that they were far more than just a few. I helped co-release this album (as a silent partner) with Banned Productions. I would soon release another M.B. release on my own label (Zabriskie Point) back in the '90s (that album was titled "Aktivitat.")
