Notes
Previously released on MS 6688, M 31837, D3S 741, MG 32042, M2S 734, MS 7266.From the sleeve: "Re-mixed and re-mastered from original tapes, using the Dolby System..."
Track A1 contains the first two movements of the Concerto in A Minor, with one timing provided for both. There is no physical division between the two movements on the vinyl.
Canadian version notes on rear cover: "Textes Français Inclus" (French Text Included). The translation from English to French is included on a single-sheet supplement, rendering all the text from the back of the sleeve into French except for the "Other Great Performances" column. The supplement was printed in Canada ("Imprimé au Canada").
The cover feels as though it is made of a slightly higher bond of cardboard stock, and is slightly greener in bright sunlight than its US contemporaries.
Unlike its US counterparts of the same era, this Canadian release uses a PVC sleeve, rather than a plastic-lined paper sleeve.
