This is a great CD if you're not really familiar with hard trance or hardstyle dance in general - or if you know you love the stuff, but don't have much. It's a great collection of deep, loud and banging hard beats. Highlights: Hennes & Cold's "Second Trip (DJ Scot Project Remix)" - seriously brilliant hard trance. Starts off banging, moves into a spine-tingling area... later this screaming synth sound rips through the air. Warp Brother's "Going Insane" is likeable for the same reasons as the above track DJ C & MJ 90's "Message from the Mothership" is interesting because of how it uses an absent of noise. A small bleep... then suddenly, BANG, in comes the acid. DJ Gert's "Give Me Some More (Public Domain Remix)" is a beautiful example of lyrical hard trance. It's soulful, rather than cheesy - if only I knew more tunes like it. Top-notch tune. Atlantic Wave's "Reforced (Giada Mix)" samples the lyrics "you may be black, you may be white - it doesn't matter in our house" from Mr Finger's "can you feel it" as well as. Also is what sounds like part of Candi Staton's (or The Source'?)s "You Got The Love (Erens Bootleg Mix)" - but not the lyrics. Combines all this in a pretty cool way, and keeps it hard. Although some of the tracks here are probably too well-known for many hard dance snobs, (such as New Order's 'Confusion (Pump Panel remix)' and 'children') for the rest of use this is a great way to get lost in the world of hard dance. Great CD.

For the record, due to knowing certain members of PD & US I asked who actually mixed this because it is not the usual PD Style CD 1 is mixed by Mallorca Lee CD 2 is mixed by David Forbes much like their Bang On Internationals CD, listen to them both you will notice similar mixing & track selection, so to be honest while be members of these groups in the past, it's not really PD vs US, my info comes straight from Mallorca btw
