Gatefold sleeve with a clear braille sticker stuck on the front top right corner. It reads "bo(ar)ds (of) canada", the 'ar' and 'of' are represented by one character in braille.

Some copies do not have the braille sticker. They have a sticker on the outside of the shrinkwrap that reads:

Generally a decent pressing as the music itself sounds fantastic but there is a fair bit of surface noise on all sides besides side one which oddly sounds clean as a whistle.Well worth owning on vinyl as its one of the best Electronic albums ever.

My copy of this release is on moderately warped vinyl that doesn't affect playback. The vinyl is also surface noisy throughout, but may quiet with cleaning. The soundstage is very big with great separation. Lows are thick and mid-bass is punchy. Mids and highs are detailed. The overall tone is warm. Aside from a few interesting stereo effects, this album is definitely ambient. Just a cool record to have on in the background. Just my opinion though. Worth owning for sure. (Rega Planar 3, Exact 2 cart, PSE Studio SL, Linn LK85, Linn interconnects, Linn Katans)

Don't know if the vinyl is just incredibly dirty or not but even after a few cleanings An Eagle In Your Mind leading into The Color Of The Fire is nearly overwhelming to listen to.

Yeah there are some pops here and there, and a little surface noise in places also. Only on quieter parts is it noticeable really but still, a bit anoying

Interestingly, the tempo of Telephasic Workshop causes the groove to almost line up, and it has a swirling pattern on side A. Looks really cool when it's spinning on a turntable.

Reissue sounds great. Comes in plastic sleeves. What an differences with some of the other reissues whose are terrible ! Beware of Campfire headphase, twoism (my experience)!

Just got a bundle of the reissues plus the latest album. Amazing sound and packaging!All of the reissues have full color inner sleeves with the exception of music has the right to children. Should this record have something other than white inner sleeves?

oh and the sticker that comes w/ it is a nice lower case boards of canada on a blue font. looks great for a car window.........the geogaddi one, that sticker feels like it'll fall to pieces when you peel it.
