Abstract? Wouldn't say that. Drone? If the abuse of delay effect is considered that, then yes. Noise? Not that much. I'd add Lo-Fi, as most of the Fag Tapes releases, which I use to like. The tape is very ambient with synths and delays, and saturated parts (here is the noise), and some more abrasive short moments. Not bad.
