Stereo LP housed in a mono cover with a gold "Stereophonic" sticker on the front cover. With the exception of that sticker, the cover is the same as the original mono, including the mono catalog number (UAL 40003) on the spine. This is a gatefold cover first issue with illustrated cover of Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis (later issues feature photographs from the film which feature on the back cover of this first issue).The original stereo label is light blue with white and black print, "United Artists" in white at top. The catalog number on the label (the actual stereo number) is UAS 5003.
