Bought a copy of this back in the 90s, black vinyl with large hole and blank white labels. Issued without xeroxed insert. Matrix/Runout: L.34328X FUNN-26-A and L.3428 FUNN-26-B. I'm not sure if it's made in Europe because of the same etching as the 1993 US version in orange and the unknown US version in pink.

have one like this with FUNN 26 a/b as matrix but comes on orange clear vinyl and came with no insertpretty sure it predates the year 2000 too.
