This mix is around 15 years old now and still it feels right. Laurent Garnier is a solid DJ. His mixes are always eclectic but hard as well. This is proper underground techno music which hasn't strayed too far from the path. Well done. A master at work here.

When you can take a mix that is 10 years old and play it back and still feel the original message, that is a good mix and a good DJ. Laurent will always be respected by those he has touched over the years. This mix in particular has not aged much in its ten year lifespan. A choice selection mixed effortlessly and still a worthy listen. Not many DJ's can do that with this much style and finesse.

Where as CD1 is the more in yer face of the 2, CD2 will leave you speechless...it's not for every occasion but imagine your laid out under the stars, in a field, with this pumping out into the night breeze, well you know what I'm saying. Blended to perfection, thought provoking tunes.
