Notes

Vinculum (2010-ongoing) is a growing archive of sonic artifacts and the first official release by Coppice. Sounds are recorded and reduced to highlight some aspects at the expense of others. Each recording is released on its own single-track CD-R with an inscribed catalog number.

Released as a set of 3 CDrs selected at the time of sale from the 9 possible CDrs in the tracklist above. The set is packaged in a unique hand-made, hand-embroidered pouch.

The listener is encouraged to play the discs simultaneously on repeat from multiple players when possible.

Mark Van Hoen created a similar experience with his album as Locust called Wrong. This comes in a little woven satchel pouch that holds all the discs and feels like some sort of Freemasons special gift for becoming a member. I haven't been able to play all three of my discs together yet, there is another edition called the specimen edition that has 12 cds. It's an art music crossover piece, that is more highbrow than using the word digress when going for a slash. Doors to the underworld will NOT open when played together.
