This unofficial and unlicensed cassette combines the Decca compilation from 1981 which it is named after David Bowie - Another Face, with three RCA era tracks (Oh! You Pretty Things, D.J. and Wild is the Wind).
It was not uncommon during the 1970's and 1980's for countries where copyright laws were either different or not in place to produce cassettes that purported to be a particular album or collection, yet also include tracks from other releases.
