So far this shit is pretty bad ass! Got through lunacy which is heavy in a pop metal sort of way like for fans of Ghost, way way way before Ghost, but probably for it’s time was super heavy! Oh yeah fuck yeah second track just kicked it off “doom song” picks up the tempo and will have you naturally head banging. Wendy o is insane on this record and right on truly lives up to the metal priestess title! Sex junkie seems to be live is somehow a little less impressive although this is my first listen so I may have to come back to this one at a later time, the crowd certainly seems enthused which lends a lot to imagining the atmosphere of the show although I’m not entirely certain that the audience is really there or just dubbed, but I think it’s dubbed. Side b kicks it off with a classic sounding plasmatics punk rock with just a tinge of Motörhead. When she sings “make my flesh boil” gave me chills! 12 noon is classic 80’s punk dystopia and also classic plas punk. Last track Masterplan pretty speedy and also delving into some interesting and heavy subject matter which seems to be taunting white supremacy hence the lines “masterplan Superman masterplan it makes you feel so sure; master plan ku klux klan master plan you get down on your knees; can’t tell the forest for the trees.” Bad ass anti fascism is what metals all about man! Anyway my favorite track is doom song naturally. Laters
