I'm no expert on Japanese disco, but this EP is really nice sampler of some of the bigger artists. The highlight for me being "Charlotte" by The Eastern Gang, very soft and romantic disco in the flavour of Silvetti, but with some tasteful and restrained female vocals (in English). This 12" pressing is also very useful for DJs as the original Japanese pressings of this great song only featured it as an LP track and the b-side of a 7".
