Nice novelty record I first invested in when I was interested in DMC battles etc and creating extra special mixtapes with novel soundbites and loops. Of particluar interest was the very opening of side one..... "Here is a box, a musical box wound up and ready to play..... but this box holds a secret inside.....can you guess what is in it today?" I used this in my DMC trial at Brighton in 2001 to open my set. Great intro......as far as the rest of the set went, it wasn't enough to compete with some extremely talented competition but I was happy with it. There are also some great pieces of instrument that could be looped up as well. Great for nostalgia and bringing something different to the table. I have since heard the same sound-bite used on DJ Food and DK- Now Listen Again mixtape used to nice effect.
