Track 3 uses instrumental from SD50's produced "Humrush" off the "Mr. Hood" album.
"Vomit" is an alternate version of "Vomitspit" and contains an error in that Parallel Thought is not actually featured on the song, although Drum & Knowledge (part of Parallel Thought) are credited for producing it.

As far as the "fake replica" comment goes im not sure youre completely correct.I bought my copy in December of '04 from Amoeba in SF and it came in a one-sided(slim) jewel case that the glossy two-sided cover insert fits in.My copy is an official pressing(silver bottom, professionally printed top) from Rhymesayers Entertainment/hiphopsite.com

The plastic sleeve and the glossy insert that is included with this promo are larger than a regular CD case and insert. Just to give interested collectors a quick heads-up... I've seen people sell bootlegs of these on ebay with regular size inserts and fake replica discs.

If the insert fits in a regular CD case then it's a fake for sure. I sold my copy a while ago now and I can't remember whether the info came onto the screen or not when inserting it in a computer.
