I stumbled upon Lonnie Holley's Mith by accident, and only needed 1 minute of listening to know I found something special. Poetic, highly socially urgent lyrics, delivered with a unique and deeply soulful voice in a style that seems like a cross between jazz singing a la Dwight Trible and Last Poets style declamation. His vocals are accompanied by jazzy, spacey, bluesy music with an improvisational "in the moment" feel to it, by new age guru Laraaji and jazz avantgardist Dave Nelson, amongst others. Incredible music, that deserves devoted listening.

The art I received from the deluxe bundle as a collab from Lonnie and Bradford Cox is really something special.

Not sure where it was pressed. Sounds good. Thick release, great artwork.
