How can the 2013 Repress be distinguished from the 2015 one? Both black vinyl / 180g?

Seems like all of the copies I have seen have one nearly solid record, pink or blue, and one that's the "Bong" style Miserable had on both vinyls. Not hearing the run-off groove noise, but I also cleaned my playing copy, as this type of vinyl, like "Haze" can have release agent left from the pressing plant.

I have the clear pressing and I'm getting that as well, but it's throughout all four sides of the record. It sounds terrible.

My biggest question about this release is how can this black pressing be distinguished from the other black pressings?

I only have the first press and this is not 180 g and the sleeve is not gatefold. So since the third press is gatefold and the rest of the black vinyl editions are 180 g, you should be able to distinguish it.

Although the album and song titles ostensibly are a characteristically trite invocation of quasi-doom concepts, these allusions are, in fact, a mockery. Or so I hope. Regardless, this album is one strong, stone-cold instrumental doom beast. It reaks of depressed anger, (don't ask me for a psychological analysis of how doom is angry music, for god's sake) desolation and paranoia. The riffage is brilliant, the speed is apposite for the ideas being expressed and the droney, psychedelic subterrain explored complements the record like no other. It's really hard to wax academic about a record that channels emotionality with profundity. So go and rip through that bong, put this record on, immerse yourself and prepare to meet thy doom, fucker! Perhaps, and only perhaps then, will you join the pessimist club.5/5
