Along the bottom edge it reads, "LONG PLAYING MICROGROOVE" on one line with the LP logo between "playing" and "microgroove". At the very bottom of the label, bending around the edge, is fine print which reads, "Trade Marks Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Marcas Registradas Made in U.S.A. Pats Pending". The Columbia logo is smaller located within the circle, at the bottom.
Comes with Orange jacket, issued with a stiff paper cover that opened at the side.
