From the album cover: "Taste of Louisiana" contains twelve cajun and zydeco originals written over the past two years, plus my interpretation of one of the great Dewey Balfa's finest songs "J'aimerais te pardonner" and Ray Abshire's "Dance Hall Special" which I've called "Baby Accordion Two-Step". The whole CD should be seen as a homage to the cajun and creole culture from Norwegian and Danish musicians that love their music.
