Experimental. Field Recording. Non-music, seriously? Non-music? Well perhaps there's another record of the same name.. or something very wrong with my ears, but that's not what I heard. Not at all. This is Modern Classical if there ever was, Minimal yes, simple, and as such if I may say rather unpretentious, which isn't bad in itself and sure enough much of Deupree's more recent work is tagged like that. Certainly no poor release, I just think it's getting a bit dull, stale, as most of Modern Classical. There's hundreds and hundreds of records like that, by the month. What remained from this one, any one? Other than it's mistagged and hopelessly overrated, again, as most of Modern Classical. Seems I don't quite get it, sorry.

This is very pretty and I really like the physical package. When I put it on I fall asleep! That's a positive thing. Really nice, peaceful ambient. I don't know much of Taylor Deupree's work but he has an ear for delicate beauty.

Woo another beautiful album from Taylor I love his works I highly recommend this if you love your ambient & field recordings top marks all the way
