There are no words for this masterpiece. It sounds like a "requiem" and the music is monumental. Music for the masses. Overall Requital for Lady Day. Steve Stapleton ? Clever, smart or genius ? Nothing of these. A musician of our time, but overall a man like us , just like us. A man of our time.

The packaging alone makes this release worthwhile, the book is a great little collection of paintings by Stapleton, and the music on the discs?Well, disc one is the "Zero Mix",the source material for the Angry Eelectric Finger series and stands on its own as a nice little foray into typical Nurse style experiambient sounds, the bonus disc has a little more meat to the noise,a kind of rackety drone over two pieces that will appeal to those who like this style of Nurse output.I must add that I am fond of most of Stapletons output,so take that into consideration when evaluating this review.
