Notes

The Creamcheeze Good-Time Band consists of basically five people … Bill Kell, 20, on 12-String guitar, electric guitar, and vocals; Dave Harwood, 17, Bass Guitar; Pat Kell 17, plays mandolin, tambourine, kazoo, whizzer, washboard, sings some, and recites poetry; Barb Payne 15,, Plays The Perth County Fiddle, maracas , washboard, recorder, and adds to the singing; and James "Jimi" Kell, 11, is the man on the drum and the spoons.

Besides the five you see on-stage, there are mothers and fathers who give encouragement and places to rehearse. And, of course, there is Uncle Dave Grenfell, their sound man.

Home is the farm near Gadshill in Perth County, Ontario. To the east and west of the farm, stretches the Ellice Swamp;
Nine miles to the north is Milverton, and eight miles south is Stratford, post-mortal home of Will Shakespeare. Surrounding them on all sides is the natural loveliness of Perth County Green, the now-famous grass of the county, and source of inspiration for this record.

You'll like what you hear on "Perth County Green". It's relaxed; there's no big message, just music and poetry.
Good Time music and poetry.
Special Thanks
Terry, George, and Hayward
