Notes
Liberty High School Bandpresents its
Annual Concert
Liberty High School Auditorium
Bethlehem, Pennsylvannia.
March 31, 1967
"A Yankee high school band invaded Dixie and was not only welcomed but cheered. The 163 member Bethlehem band represented The Commonwealth at the St. Petersburg festival and on April 14 capped a tremendous four day performance by winning the top prize of the festival, the Governor's Cup.
The band, under its director, Ronald P. Sherry, polled a high score of 296 out of 300 possible points. The young musicians were judged on musicianship, tonal quality, appearance, marching ability, discipline and behavior.
We are pleased to have the opportunity to present the award winning Liberty High School Grenadier Band."
