Notes
Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (D/857) - the mono version has "D-857" on beige 'strobe' label, while the stereo has "SD-857" on green 'strobe' label. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (18 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months. This was the first of this series, prefixed with "D" - a dozen would be announced every six months, and some would be issued two or thee times: this one, for example, was issued again in November 1965 and June 1966 (the later pressings may have different address combinations).
