Awesome oldschool techno rave!Scooter released a track called Hysteria on their 1996 album "Our Happy Hardcore" which is basically this 1992 track sped up to around 150bpm.As far as I can tell, the bands are not related.

On the Russian Scooter fansite www.scootertechno.ru there is a statement or interpretation based on Rick J. Jordan's own spoken words that he actually was involved in making the original "Hysteria - There's No Reason To Be Disturbed". However on this site there's no clear source mentioned. The date of the homepage update is 26. January 2015.
