Don't let the jacket cover fool you into thinking this is nothing but Salsa Romantica, or what I refer to it as Salsa Monga. This is Salsa. And if you're a dancer with some good shines you've been practicing on, then this is definitely for you! The leader of this long time disbanded orquesta is a great friend of mine, Jamie Cruz who used to play in some of the best clubs in the Bronx back in the late 70's and 80's. He's retired from playing and now provides the services as a Soundman for some of the biggest NYC night clubs, and private venues. Vocals by Fernando Rolon, Arrangements by Louie Ramirez, Paquito Pastor and Ralph Morales.
