Picking up where "Latin Blues Part 1" left off, this soulfully appealing instrumental garage number glides along as if on coasters, sucking you into its near-hypnotic organ-driven rhythm and snaking synthlines. The only thing missing is a song, but this hybrid of garage and rattling retro-funk influences will probably not need one to succeed - quality is the key word here, and this just oozes with the stuff.
