Notes

On the back of the sleeve, in big gray letters, the price "$1.98" is printed. On the front of the sleeve, there is a sticker with large gray letters that says "$2.98".

There are actually 2 more songs on the album that are not reflected on the actual label of the album (this was apparently a mistake made by the record company). Those songs are "Boys And Girls For Jesus" (which appears on the album just after the first song; A Mustard Seed of Faith) and "I Know That I'll See Jesus Someday" (which appears just after the song Zacchaeus on side 2).

Great children's record! As a kid in the 70's mom picked up this record somewhere and I listened to it over and over again throughout the years growing up. It was always a favorite (still is). They simply don't make children's albums like this anymore. The music and stories were good and taught good lessons about God. My favorite was "The 13th Cookie"; about a boy whose mom gives him a baker's dozen worth of cookies (13) to take to the school bake sale and he decides to just eat one along the way, thinking no one will notice anyway. As he walks along the way, he ends up eating more than just one and, upon arriving, realizes that he's eaten them all. Rather than tell mom the truth, he lies about it and then has a nightmare that night about a big brown paper bag that comes after him looking for the 13th cookie. The boy wakes up and tells mom the truth and asks her forgiveness. They talk about it and then pray together to ask God forgiveness too. I'll never forget the line from that brown paper bag: "There you are! I had 13 when I started and one is missing and THERE YOU ARE!". hahaha The other story, "Three In One" is also great; an excellent explanation of the Trinity (one that has stuck with me all these years). If you can find this album for your kids, I'm sure they will love it! Would love to see it re-issued on CD.One detail about this posting. There are actually 2 more songs on the album that are not reflected on the actual label of the album (this was a defect made by the record company). Those songs are "Boys And Girls For Jesus" and "I Know That I'll See Jesus Someday".
