Don't really know what these guys were thinking about when they released this Ep with the very approriate "Fuck It Up" title. The A-side gives way to an jungly ragga cut mixed up with pre-Moving Shadow intelligent d&b strings : tasty !!. But the real gem is on the b-side where Rhodes-K & Splice (who-ever they might be) hark back to olskool Chicago Acid influences and mix them up with wicked breaks and screaching hardcore sounds, quite unusual and well ahem "fucked up" ;-)). I guess this is the way acidhouse-breakbeatrave could have sounded if there existed such a thing. Well worth the hunt !!!

Rollers from Abdun
Rhodes is Paul Rhodes from 2 Bad Mice and would explain the Moving Shadow type strings as he worked with Omni Trio. Great bit of Wax sums up the era nicely.
