This version on black vinyl with a limited hand-numbered cover (out of 40) available only at record release show in New Jersey on March 8th 2013. Includes lyric sheet.

These limited covers were put together due to the jackets and inserts not arriving in time for the record release show. A note at the bottom of the insert mentions that the real jackets and inserts would be available soon and to ask the band for them. As such, some copies of this may have the real jacket underneath the paper cover but they were originally sold with only the paper cover.
