I've got it and the track A1, Grooving the Slide, is a "sort of lite-jazz reggae nonsense" for a Studio 1 dub compilation! I remembered very well when I asked to the recordshop owner if I can listen to it before : he skipped willingly this track. I asked why, he played the track & what a laugh! The other tracks are classical Studio One productions, some have a little jazzy or rythm and blues feeling, but don't forget that Coxsone played a lot of rythm & blues with his sound system before starting producing reggae. And that influenced later his releases on Studio 1.

I'm not sure if its just my copy with possibly the wrong A-Side (I have two "side ones" printed on the label) but the tracks on the A-Side are some sort of lite-jazz reggae nonsense and Side-B is much more serious riddims and dubs.

Light jazz non sense for track B1, B2 is lite reggae version of Burning Spear's "He Prayed". Other versions of note: A1 = "Skylarking" version, A2 = "Heavenless" version, A3 = Burning Spear "Swell Headed" version, A5 "College Rock" version, B4 is a "Conquer Me" version. These were the most common versions to me, however I am sure there are some other prominent versions here as well. Aside from the 2 aforementioned lite tracks and the usual poor pressing quality of Studio One RE's, this is a great album!
