I have to admit that Moonshine was way ahead of its time beating the flood of Ibiza chill out compilations that take up entire isles at some record stores. "Easter Song" by A Man Called Adam is amazing and I feel the version here blows away the version found on "Duende". This song made me hunt down all material related to A Man Called Adam and their label Other Records. Talk about chain reaction.

'Ibiza Afterhours 2' is a great example of a solid, surreal downtempo compilation. Starting off with the gentle yet playfully effective 'Moment Scale', moving foward with 'Unity' by Marc Antione, and reaching it's peak with one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard - 'Sabor De Verano' - this compilation has always had a warm place in my heart, and always will. Volume 1 in the series is great as well, check 'em.
