Hand-made cover ; a punched card is affixed on the front.
Two small yellow folded inserts are also included attached in the edges of cover.
There is no mention of a label or a company anywhere on the release.
Some copies come pressed in dark brown translucent vinyl which is only visible when held up to a strong light (see images).
